ABOUT ME

Through design and photography, I always try to look at life with a different perspective. When approaching a design problem, I always find that it is best to go with my initial gut feeling, and then develop it. As the design evolves, I make sure that the key concepts in the beginning are still at the heart of the project. I want my designs to not only be beautiful and enjoyable, but also functional and lasting.

Photography allows me to see things that aren't normally seen. I love having architecture be the subject of my photos. I love capturing moments in time that happen quickly, so that they last forever.

I design with Lego. The building bricks got me started in architecture, and my builds have only gotten larger and more complex.

I am a registerd architect in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I completed my BS at Keene State College in 2006, went over to the Boston Architectural College for a bit, then went to work in the architectural world. After working in hospitality design for a few years, I went back to Roger Williams University and received my Masters of Architecture in December of 2012. Additionally, I am a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
